Partnering and equipping parents & guardians through the journey of an Autism treatment.

First Step

Once you have completed our new client forms, we will contact you for a phone intake.

Intake Call

We will gather more information about your learner and schedule your program introduction session.

Initial Assessment & Planning

You will be warmly welcomed to meet our team and tour our facility during this first in-person session. A member of our clinical team will then administer assessments (such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to develop the right goals and individualized treatment plan for your learner. You will also have the opportunity to review our Family Handbook that provides details about our services.

Plan Review & Authorization

At this stage you will review and sign-off on your learner’s customized Treatment Plan and Behavioral Intervention Plan that is designed specifically for their growth and development. If you plan to use insurance, we will submit the plan for insurance approval which can take up to 45 days. Once we have insurance authorization we will work with you to schedule therapy for your learner and answer any additional questions about our services, goals, or treatment plans.

Family Engagement

We believe that higher levels of parent and caregiver engagement brings stronger outcomes.

To partner with you, we require the following:

  • 3-5 parent support sessions per month with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to equip you with the tools needed to continue with your child’s progress at home. We will schedule family support sessions during your first assessment.
  • Family or Individual Counseling with a Genesis Counseling Center therapist or another outpatient practice for at least three months to help improve communication, strengthen familial bonds, and build your family legacy through this journey.

Periodic Review

Every six months we will review your learner’s Treatment Plan and Behavioral Intervention Plan to make adjustments as needed for maximum effectiveness.
